My vehicle was in for an issue with the seats. Staff was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Staff always greets you by name. Makes you feel welcomed.

Had symptoms of bad battery. Called on. Saturday to see if I could get it serviced. Sara said yes, but advised that it might take some time. I expected that. Brought car in and spoke with Jeremy who started the process. It did take time as advised, but the facilities were nice, and lots of fresh coffee, so the wait was not bad. Two hours later I had a new battery and I was on my way. Great job on such short notice!
