The sales end of getting our new Mercedes was excellent. We felt helped by all departments, sales, finance, even upper management. The only reason we didn't put 5 stars was because when we got the car home, we felt the new car detailing was lacking. Sales has assured us that this will be taken care of and we believe it will be. However, it means time out of my day to take the car over there and have this done. Otherwise, we love the car and think very highly of the sales and service we've received from Mercedes of Ft. Pierce. This is our third Mercedes and undoubtedly we will purchase more.

Overall service was outstanding from the sale person, manager on call for the day and the finance person. They were courteous, understanding and willing to go above and beyond to meet our requests and their was many. This was our third vehicle purchase from our hometown dealership and I will tell any and everyone who will listen to give your dealership a chance first. I believe your services will keep us happy in the years to come until our next vehicle purchase.

Great service. Service department is far better than sales. Sales promised training on this vehicle. Received about 10 minutes. The service is excellent and takes time to assist me. Sales should be trained by the service department.
