I’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as I did dealing with Michelle Goff at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Pierce Michele, along with the entire staff, went out of their way to accommodate us, and were very professional I wanted to purchase specific car for my wife. Unfortunately, the cars that fit what I was looking for, were far and few between. I shopped in Florida and out-of-state At other dealerships that had the car, we felt coerced, pressured, at times belittled, then found prices and fees misrepresented It was such a relief to find this dealership. They were straightforward and couldn’t have been more helpful I hope this recommendation will help others avoid the frustration we experienced elsewhere

Everyone was professional and polite. The waiting area was clean and stocked with a varity of coffee, tea and snacks. I realize the service area was extreamly busy, but the estimate for my service was (about) 30 minutes but took 2 hours. During that time it would have been a good idea to be notified of the progress and delay in completing the job. All that being said, it was still a positive experience.

Had a few minor issues. All were taken care of promptly.

When I called Jeremy in the service department about a concern for need of a repair on my car, an appointment was arranged immediately, a loaner offered, and I was confidently in good hands.

Comfortable waiting room with snacks. Had to wait or take Uber home because no loaner car or valet service available on Saturday

My salesman, Rusty has been fantastic to deal with. He answered all my questions And concerns.

pat ford is an incredible service manager. I am purchasing another E450 at Coggin and the reason is because of Pat Ford.
