Everyone was professional and polite. The waiting area was clean and stocked with a varity of coffee, tea and snacks. I realize the service area was extreamly busy, but the estimate for my service was (about) 30 minutes but took 2 hours. During that time it would have been a good idea to be notified of the progress and delay in completing the job. All that being said, it was still a positive experience.

Had a few minor issues. All were taken care of promptly.
