After purchasing 4 run-flat Pirelli tires from the dealership, 5 months later I ended up with a screw in one of them. Ft Pierce Mercedes (Randy) immediately had me bring the car in and fixed it right away. With the tires being less than a year old, the tire was replaced under warranty and at no cost to me. Thank you to a wonderful service department.
