When I arrived I was a little upset because I had to be to work and did not have a car ready. There actually were none. My service guy Pat called enterprise but they didn’t answer. So I called for a ride. However, because of the inconvenience my car was brought to me at work when it was completed. I was amazed and just wow-ed because never did I think that was going to happen. I didn’t like being inconvenienced especially since when I made the appointment I explained I needed a car ready and was assured there would be one. I am forgiving and brining my car to me was just simply amazing!
