Pat was attentive and easy to work with on service for my MB350

Engine light appeared and was related to the thermostat. Car was left loaner given my car was driven to check if engine light would again appear. It didn’t I understand it’s Mercedes policy not to replace thermostat if the engine light does not come on. I picked up the car and was told if the engine lights reappears to bring the car back The thermostat for this car model is on a warranty extension. If Mercedes knows there is an issue with the thermostat- I don’t understand why it wasn’t replaced.

The Salesperson made the transaction very easy and explained everything that would be taking place. Great job.
