Joey Mendoza could not be anymore helpful, courteous, knowledgeable than any service advisor I’ve ever had! He is the best!

Awesome experience!

Only problem loaner car was delivered with low tire pressure. All other service was excellent!,

Didn’t have a long wait for a minor repair.

As usual, Jeremy treated me respect and was a great communicator. Paul went on a test drive with me and luckily the symptoms manifested themselves, clunky, hard shifting with a stuttering torque convertor and Paul was able to clearly describe what he thought was occurring and what the shop would be able to do (temporary fix) absent a resolution from Mercedes Benz. Once the work was completed the performance was as promised. Also the service coordinator was awesome when I initially called, pleasant to talk to, very understanding and accomodating. Thus far I've been very impressed with the dealerships attitude towards their customers.
