Originally I took my car to Mercedes Pompano for my repair. The service advisor was rude and condescending. They returned the car without fixing the problem, so I took it to Fort Pierce. My service advisor here was communicative, helpful and when they originally couldn’t find the root of the problem got the service manager involved and were able to fix it. Very very happy with Fort Pierce and my advisor. Will be taking my car here for all future services.

Everyone involved was very helpful. Joey really took over my problem (one of which seems to be an enigma to Mercedes), and followed through with me until the vehicles was back at my home. The tech guys did a temporary fix and did a great job. I drove to St. Pete the next day and returned home without incident. Can't say enough about the teamwork and Joey's "quarterback" play.
