Everyone involved was very helpful. Joey really took over my problem (one of which seems to be an enigma to Mercedes), and followed through with me until the vehicles was back at my home.The tech guys did a temporary fix and did a great job. I drove to St. Pete the next day and returned home without incident.Can't say enough about the teamwork and Joey's "quarterback" play.

I always have a wonderful experience when I bring my cars in for service. Jeremy Manchester is my service rep and he is always ready for me, always smiling and happy to see me. I am made to feel welcome, he answers all my questions. I am in and out before I know it.
