The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the system used to communicate and approve needed work, caused confusion. There was warranty work needed on my vehicle and it came through as billing me for that repair. So I called the service rep (Joey) to clarify. There was also incorrect information on the the list of needed repairs. It stated I needed shock absorbers, and I didn't. It also stated there was no uneven wearing on my tires - according to Joey, that was not accurate either.

Andres Sierra was truly extraordinary, trustworthy and serviced focused. It was a pleasure to meet the Ft Pierce team, they all embraced a customer service mindset.
