Great service

A very pleasant experience, I was informed every step of the service by my Service Advisor Jeremey.

My issue was resolved on my visit.

It was an ok experience, but at times I felt disorganized! My Service advisor Joey was helpful, and put forth the effort to accommodate my wishes. I have had Mercedes Benz vehicles for more than 40 years , and my parents had Mercedes before me. The Mercedes Benz vehicles I have had for the past ten years have all been leased. I realize now that is the only way to own a Mercedes, because the maintenance shop rate for older Mercedes vehicles is off the chart, basically ridiculous ! I frankly don’t know how your shop stays in business. I own a new Ford Bronco, and get it serviced at the dealership, and it’s more expensive than outside maintenance, but reasonable! I will look for outside maintenance for my older Mercedes!

I dealt with Michele Goff who spent an enormous amount of time with my wife and me to make sure we were comfortable with the car. Truly, a Herculean task. Plus she also luckily had exactly the equipped GLC 300 that I was trying to find. Five Stars all around.

Everything was first class. All my needs were taken care of.

After 2 or 3 prior visits, the problem with my Bluetooth system was finally fixed!
