I reached our the the service manager regarding a DEF issue; he listened, conducted necessary research and got back. We communicated /coordinated the vehicles arrival, had a prompt turn-around of repairs whilst receiving in-process updates through completion that took only a day. KUDO's to the service team for an exceptional experience-- one that I'll convey to friends and equally importantly my resident MB dealer.
