Michele was utterly fantastic to work with. Unlike many people experience when purchasing a vehicle... Michele made everything so easy with her amazing communication, she is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Michele introduced me to Matthew and helped us make the final decision with the appropriate warranty to fit our needs. Matthew was also so great to work with. His knowledge about the options for our purchase and his help to choose the right plan for us was so appreciated. This was by far one of the best experiences we had, thank you Michele and Matthew!!
