I had a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce. In particular, Michael Lawson, my service advisor, was both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time informing me what had to be done with the vehicle and provided me with ample transportation home.I was treated very well by the Mercedes staff!

Everything was great, except when they returned the car they only gave me my key fob back and not the whole key. They disconnect the Mercedes portion of the key and kept it.
