Service i received at showroom was outstanding. Test Drive, instructions for use of car were scant and ambiguous ie. The essential explanation on how to put car into 'Park'! When I didn't proceed with purchase salesman get sending me inadequate, ambiguous and irrelevant info on other car ie. a new cars in a different model, size and design to the used car i was looking for, but referenced up as fitting my requirements. In fact, had I believed his incorrect claim the car he was promoting was the same size as the model I wanted to buy, it would not have fitted on my drive!

A very smooth and stress free transaction. Scott Andrews in particular very helpful but all the team I spoke with were all friendly. Small issues sorted without any drama and a top quality used car brought away. Thanks all at Lookers Mercedes Gatwick!

I was indecisive of what car I should choose as I thought they would be too expensive to change from my EQA. Chilled environment, friendly, greeted and offered a drink. Scott Andrews was very patient, helpful and even made me a personal video of a car I was interested in. Thank you

Justin Forrest was excellent - he was very helpful and left me to look the cars over in my own time. He arranged a test drive without notice and gave me ample time to drive the car. He made every effort to find a suitable car for me on the systems and explained the ordering process clearly. However, see "3" below - cars need to have fully charged batteries - as most now have lots of electronics to check out it is important that customers can "play" with the buttons!
