Car was dropped off unexpectedly following a mechanical failure. Fault was diagnosed and fixed within a very short timeframe. We were kept informed of the progress by Peter, who was courteous and helpful throughout.

Good service, no delays booking in or collecting vehicle after safety recall repair/health check. Staff courteous and efficient. Would have been 5 stars but difficulty in parking car in garage check in area due to refurbishment decoration activities. Only one of two bays operational and several cars in queue.

The car was kept in overnight because of a part. Which inconvenienced me. But the car was delivered as soon as the work was done
