On arrival at 1.30 I was told the work would take one hour. I was still waiting at 3.00pm. If work will take 90 minutes tell the customer this, or even allow longer, a quicker finish will be welcomed. When I got home I discovered on the i pad a health check had been done ….showing all was in very good order….which may have accounted for the extra time….which I would have agreed to had I been asked. Keep the customer informed and if a time is quoted ….finishing early will give you extra plus points.
