Great service

The staff were friendly and professional. The garage was lovely, clean and drinks were available. The video inspection of my car was a really good idea and allowed me to see, I haven’t come across a garage that does this and makes me want use Mercedes garage in the future

Car performs much better than before

Fast and excellent service. I commend our sales agent Justin Forrest for facilitating us get our new GLB.

I have given an excellent score because the overall service I recieved was very good. Just a couple of minor points, on the video of the visual health check, the sound was a bit muffled and the technician spoke very fast so I couldn’t understand some of what he was saying. Also Christian was going to call me on the Monday following my service to give me a price and book me in to get the engine cover replaced that had fallen off of the underneath. I haven’t heard from him yet. Thanks

From start to finish scott my sales man was excellent

Was the service supposed to come with an interior clean? As I had cobwebs and crumbs on the inside. I thought you received both inside and out clean when having a service. Everything else was fine and though.
