I asked for car to be done by a specific time and it was The girl who dealt with me was very courteous

Scott Chapel was very supportive Directing us to make the right choices when it came to the extras for the vehicle. Scott was Friendly and approachable. He made this journey of swapping our cars really Simple and easy.

Ben Irving was very thorough and made the transfer from my previous vehicle as easy as I beleive he could have done.

My impression so far from the treatment I have received has been excellent. There are a couple of residual problems which are being looked at, and given these being dealt with in the same way my rating will stay the same.

Service by staff was good but MOT was booked for 10am but was not done until late afternoon.

Main show room was being revamped. I queued behind the cars for servicing not realising they were empty! No one bothered to tell me - I wasted precious time. 2 reception girls were however working very hard Do not blame them but lack of organisation

Sales staff extremely friendly and helpful.
