No problem with the people who did their jobs . It’s not 5 star because it’s the 4th time I’ve had to take the car back since I bought it last December and the main cause is Mercedes sent it out with faults . They have made the new model too dependant on technology which is not yet reliable

Response to my telephone enquire was good Reception staffs was helpful. Vehicle was booked in and repaired within 3 working days. Was issues a courtesy car so that I could continue with my daily work and routine without problem And service staffs were polite courteous on my arrival to drop of and collect my vehicle
