Despite the most trying of circumstances considering the turmoil caused by major refurbishing work, Peter Durrant gave exceptional service as usual in his warm and professional manner. I understand he is leaving at the end of the month and as he has looked after our cars over many years, we will sorely miss him.

Only comment is about reception - on both drop off and collection, despite the time being agreed, we had to wait for someone to come to greet us and talk to us. Appreciate that it is not always possible to meet everyone but some acknowledgment and prioritisation would be good.
