Overall very good. The Gatwick site was undertaking a refurb so nowhere to sit while waiting but this is only temporary so would not put me off.

Buying the car was fine. I’m pleased with the car. I think the paperwork is overly complicated and you could help customers by sending an initial email detailing which documents will need to be signed.

Although building work was happening, there was a waiting area away from work taking place. Coffee and water were available. As usual the service and other problems with the car were dealt with and I was kept informed.
