Long waiting at drop off and collection. Staff are very busy. But the service is good in general.

Amazing customer service as the minute I walked in I was made welcome, given clear information about the work on my car, and shown where to wait and how to get a drink. Then when the car was completed, the technician explained what had been carried out on the car, and asked if I had seen the video of my car, which I had. So left feeling impressed and clearly everyone at the dealership is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

There seems to be some staff issues and whilst everyone was very professional and courteous, I was waiting for longer than normal.
