My whole experience with Ben and Scott was smooth and courteous

I took my car to do service in Gatwick MB. Allow me to mention Peter Bexley ( service advisor ) is truly helpful. Not only he has a great communication with clients and he is a very nice person. Seriously not every service advisor will sit next to you and treat you like a friend. And he did that many times. Not to mention he has the emails promptly replied. For the environment, the newly built lounge is excellent. Neat, clean, spacious, stylish and most importantly the seat is comfortable, I’ve been sitting on those buffalo leather seat for more than 4 hours, no back pain no issue with it. The front desk staff also kindly walked me to the coffee area as it is repositioned. Overall, 10/10 🌟

Work was completed within agreed timescales and the car was spotless when I collected it. Complimentary vehicle heath check was a nice touch

Excellent communication between the salesman Matt and everyone else in company. Extremely friendly and helpful service. I had been looking for a car for around 5 months enquiry at different Mercedes branches and Matt was by far the most helpful, efficient and friendly person.

The dealership was very clean and well laid out and organised. We were welcomed and met with very friendly staff and offered every comfort.

Excellent as usual

I purchased a new Mercedes GLC Premium Plus as there was a great insensitive package running. Matt McGrath and Sam Boyes were great, extremely helpful and knew the product. The thing I appreciated is that there was absolutely no hard sell. In fact, it was totally the opposite, the encouraged me to take my time to choose the correct model and test drove the car twice. The handover by Matt was very intuitive and not rushed. 10 out 10 for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
