I returned call. Person then didn’t call back. Couldn’t arrange to see car so ended up not purchasing.

Asked for photos of my car then completely ignored me.

The vehicle I wanted was posted online but said to be unavailable. It should have been listed as deposit paid or sold.

The sales guy we saw was a guy called Penn in Crawley. He was amazing. He pulled out all the stops to try and help us. Unfortunately circumstances changed which gave us no choice and we couldn’t receive with a car but overall we were super happy with the service.

Vehicle wasn't in a condition ready for viewing upon arrival, as sales manager thought I wouldn't show. Pushy sales tactics used, I was told that a customer was coming to test drive an hour before I arrived, as a way to try to secure a deposit on the vehicle. I was also told another branch was interested and that it was going to sell - conflicting reasons given,n geared at trying to force a deposit and quick sale.

I sent an email for more information no reply was given. I was booked in for test drive and further discussion about a car when I arrived I was told person will be with me I waited over 35 minutes but no one came to tell me I wouldn’t be seen and no one was at reception. In the end I left. I have never seen such poor customer services at a dealership and I am coming over from a dealership I’ve been with over 15 years to Mercedes. I won’t be coming back as this has happened twice where no one responded.
