I'm sure it's just an IT issue but once the citnow video was sent I recieved 7 separate emails, and 7 text messages with the link to the video! Despite watching it from the very first that was sent to me.. They just kept coming in!!Other than that, the service wash could've been a little better, but all in all, Great service.
