Mercedes direct didn’t contact me regarding a courtesy car and I was car less for 6 days!Very poor from Mercedes themself not the dealership, Gatwick Mercedes were very good as usual!!

The overall experience was excellent. I would like to comment on the lady Anika Tosar who dealt with me predominantly. She was polite, professional and kept me fully informed with things. Her customer service skills were first class.One minor problem since the service to report is some noise within the cab of the car, having said that the vehicle is booked in for Tuesday 2nd May to be checked over. So no issue.

Very very impressed with the dealership. Very helpful, informative and generally just nice. Not so impressed with the booking team. I had to phone the dealership to get a ‘while you wait’ appointment. Booking service would have had me wandering aimlessly around crawley for 9 hours as I live far away.
