I had a problem with one of the electric doors on my Viano. The initial assessment suggested a few solutions, none of which resolved the fault. While this is disappointing, the service team kept going with trying to repair the car. Mercedes were determined to fix the issue and after a number of visits, the problem was resolved. In recognition of the delayed resolution and the significant work completed on the car, a fair good will gesture was given and I was not charged for the last 2-3 visits. It's nice to see Mercedes Gatwick still holding customer services so highly. Thank you.

Just a small point when any car is returned to the service pick up point after washing could the seat be returned to its original position as your wash guys are really small & im really tall (6ft 5” ) the first time I couldn’t even get into my car & had to get one of your service lads back out !!
