Ad blue was not topped up in accordance with service plan B. We were not told we would have to return for the factory recall so have had to book another day for this and the Ad blue will be topped up then.

Could improve the 7 day free insurance application experience. Was not aware I had to also phone before the policy was valid. Got there in the end though and grateful for the free 7 days.

I asked for a quote for carrying out replacement of the speed censor on the gearbox to my vehicle, I have the quote but on a post it note, I was hoping that I will receive a proper quotation for the work soon, apart from that the whole experience there was excellent.
