Just a thought - with a manual gearbox car like mine, do you check your driver has a full licence?The home collect+ service is excellent - peace of mind for me who works all day.Thank you.

Two things:1) When I was sold the service pack I was told this would cover everything including ad blue when the service person called me they said they had put 10 litres in and I would have to put the rest in, because this isn’t covered by the service pack which seemed absolutely ridiculous to me. That’s like telling me you would do half a service! I think this needs reviewing.2) The said they would wash my car. When I collected it, it was wet on the outside and had not been leathered and the inside was still muddy all the trims and floor and boot, if I had more time I would have complained at the then.I find it a shame because I have moved since buying my car from Gatwick but I still choose to return because previously service had been spot on.

My sincere thanks to Peter and the team at Gatwick Mercedes for doing a great job on my car and sorting out the engine light issue. Once the part was in stock the work was carried swiftly and they returned my car all washed and cleaned inside and out. Many thanks again and would highly recommend MB Gatwick.

Had warranty work done on my used Marco Polo that was purchased from the Crawley location in October 2022. The whole process has been managed very professionally by Peter Durrant in Servicing. He has arranged everything, kept me informed when parts were on back order, booked me in quickly when needed, sorted the courtesy vehicle needed to get back to Kent and explained all the changes that were done. Really impressed - Thank you!
