Very pleased with the service on this occasion.Interestingly when this car came to you in November and you, frustratingly took a month to repair the fault, I wasn’t offered the opportunity to review my experience. Curious.

I thought it was very fair of Mercedes to cover the cost of the fault/part, the car was out of warranty but had only covered 14,000 miles. Jamie at the service department was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress as I had opted to wait whilst the work was carried out. Well done Mercedes excellent customer service !

Fantastic service. My car is under a warranty which I highly recommend you purchase. Offered a courtesy car for the day so I didn’t have to wait. They do a video walk around which they send to you which I found very useful.

Thank you all for a fantastic service. The GLC 300 arrived for service and mot, the problem was with the gearbox and clutch which did not behave correctly, the car was kept over night for further tests and rectification. The next day I drove the car it was incredibly smooth, the gear changes and clutch bite were all spot on. Thanks to all your staff.Mike and Anne Bonham.
