Unfortunately the range of Mercedes vehicles I was looking at i.e. GLA, A series coupe etc, did not have the specification available. This was disappointing as other manufacturers do have the level of equipment available, and otherwise the Mercedes was my top choice. I have now purchased a BMW instead.

I’m always happy to have my car being serviced by Gatwick Mercedes because they are efficient and have a good customer service

Had to wait a month for a service date which is far too long, also have not had a report of what works were carried out to my vehicle

There is no comfort in the service department, an offer of some coffee would not go amiss.

When ever I have come to both lookers the staff have been very rude or blank me. Nicholas Crowley was great. He did go the extra mile but it is very sad I can not afford one of your cars at the moment. BMW offered me a deal which I could not turn down.More of your staff should be like Nicholas very helpful and try’s to do his job
