Very welcoming receptionist and the service manager was more than helpful.

I delivered my car at around 09:20 with the plan to wait for the service and MOT although it was not until I enquired after midday that I was informed that the vehicle would not be ready until some time between 16:00 and 18:00. It wasn't a problem but I would have changed my plans during the day had I been advised at drop off.

Great service from Peter Durrant will regular and detailed updates during teh course of the day. I am extremely happy with the service.

Far, far, far better than my experience with Mercedes Benz in Plymouth. Treated politely and courteously rather than a nuisance. Car repaired in 2 days not 6 weeks and when I left a message to ring my call was returned within 30 minutes, not ignored. Valeted as well and not left damaged and with no fuel. So highly recommend.My faith in Mercedes Benz has been somewhat restored and made me realise quite how appalling I was treated by Mercedes-Benz Plymouth.

I was advised that the vehicle would need to stay another day! Luckily I was on annual leave l suppose this maybe usual for the type of service for the 5th anniversary of my car. The customer assistant was excellent

Unfortunately my existing car is still awaiting being fixed by Harwoods Brighton so I am unable to p/ex in for a GLC
