When bringing the car back to me, it would be helpful if the drivers seat was returned to its original position and the seat belts were unfastened instead of being left where the mechanic had them.

upgrade your online booking system to be real time so there is no need for customer to receive confusing emails with a revised date. Dont see the point of have an 'online' booking facility if you need to rebook a customer.
