when the car is clean can we make sure we're your fitters / car clean has been is probably cleaned because l still had puddles of water on the drivers side matt and dirty foot prints on the passenger door cil.This is not the first time last service l had greasy hand print on the inside which l call them service manger back and he got someone to clean it of.

Had a video but the video had no sound, so utterly useless. Also couldn’t help but notice everyone else seemed to be getting offered a complementary wash and hoover apart from me! :(

Dealer called me to advise me about need of new tyre. I told the dealer I had an insurance for tyres. He checked and told me yes you do. You just need to pay upfront and insurance will reimburse you.I've just been notified by insurance company that I have not covered for new tyres only alloys.I'm not sure what information the dealer checked.I shouldn't have been so trustworthy and I assumed the dealer checked all my details thoroughly.Prevoiusly I had Land Rover vehicles and I never had a problem like that. They had always checked properly providing my details, so i couldn't decide properly what to do.I could have got the same tyre much cheaper elsewhere.Not very impressed

Top service from Christian Barber in regards to my airbag recall on my c class. Great communication throughout and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This man deserves a bonus!
