I felt it was an unrealistic valuation for PEX, as the car was been bought from you and looked after by you as was my previous Mercedes.We were also looking to buy another from you but at present we are looking at other options.

The car was brought over from Tonbridge MB.Unfortunately, Tonbridge had not valeted the car and it was extremely disappointing - green moss along the window cills, biscuit crumbs in the cubby box, kids sweets on the floor in the back, the black trim was failing along the edges.Philip was clearly embarrassed.My partner and I felt that whilst the car ticked all of our boxes, we were of the opinion that the previous owner had not looked after the car and we were not prepared to spend £52k on such a car that had clearly not been looked after. My 8 year old E class cabriolet is in better / cleaner condition!Such a shame as I’ve bought two cars from Philip in the past and really wanted to get my partner out of Range Rover and into a Mercedes.

I have been trying to reply to an email from you regarding this but they keep coming back even though it was requested to reply to the email.The email address in question is : info@replies4loyaltyclub.co.ukI'm sorry I missed your calls.After my initial enquiry I had a call regarding the vehicle we were interested in looking atbut unfortunately you did not have one at the Crawley dealership.I left it with the salesperson that if one came in to call and we would drop by to view, howeverthings have moved on and a decision has been made to stay with the current vehicle for the time being.Your customer service / sales has been very satisfactory, and should things change we will be back in touch.RegardsAl Deacon
