Christian was very helpful and kept me in the loop through out. Pickup chap was very friendly and the whole service process was extremely convenient.Although the exterior car clean was great the interior clean was poor.

Amazing customer service. Brake pad warning light came on the day before I was driving to France. They took the car off me and 2 hours later I had a call to say it was fixed. I cannot praise them highly enough!!

Finished the free 7 days insurance, I want buying the annual insurance at your group but the web link auto quote the insurance charge is very expensive

Jamie was very helpful as I had arrived with no appointment. I had an engine management warning light and Mercedes Assist had told be to go along. Needs a part which is unavailable but I'm told in the meantime the car is safe to drive which is the reassurance I needed.
