Fantastic experience from start to finish. From Saffy who arranged the service and MoT and explained the service plan options to Jamie who looked after my car on the day and the drivers that picked it up and delivered it! Flawless, easy service!

My only criticism is not with Lookers but Mercedes Benz UK.If looking for a brand new vehicle option then there should be more transparency over projected lead times for vehicles that are to order only. The manufacturer should be able to advise on a likely production date for a new order
