The team booked my car in at very late notice on Friday. If they had not don’t that I would have felt unable to drive my car safely and would have missed seeing my god daughter ring the bell for the end of her cancer treatment. I am so grateful. It meant so much I was able to be there. It’s not the first time the team have gone out if their way to get me somewhere important (a funeral 270 miles away when very pregnant) That’s the difference when you are with Mercedes. They get you where you need to be.

Every time I start the car the radio comes on very faintly which I’m told is normal but it never used to when I first had the car. You say it’s standard but I find that impossible to believe

Was a good experience

The salesman should do more of the computer work, because I am a little slow with the computer but overall I am satisfied. Nicholas did his best.

As always, I am very happy with the service; the queries I had about a couple of problems were addressed and when I received the car back, it had been cleaned inside and out; for which I am very grateful for.Great service in every sense!
