Great service from Scott and Mercedes as usual. Only downfall to this experience from my previous purchases over the years was collection. The car wasn’t presented how I’ve bought cars previously. Instead of being in the show room with the black cape etc it was parked outside on the forecourt. Another small thing, I usually received a bouquet of flowers in the past on the day however, this time didn’t.
