I booked an "Express Service" but the time taken was more than double & we were told that we shold not have been told it would only take approx 1 hour - there was also only 1 technician working on the service, hence the double amount of time taken. Also, was there really any need for the service technician to alter ALL the seat settings? It has taken me ages to get the car back to a suitable driving position.

I am happy with communication with Eric. Unfortunately, the trade-in offer was lower than other platforms and there was no movement on price/ deals to be done. Happy to keep my car for the time being but maybe a deal could of been achieved as was looking for either a extra year warranty/ higher trade in/ discount on car. Happy with communications and response times to my original enquiry.

Still annoyed the dealership didn't resolve the condensation problem with my rear light cluster about 2 weeks after I bought the car.I mentioned it again but felt the response was a brush off.

Excellent service as usual from the whole team, but especially Jamie Weir, who is always extremely professional and helpful.

I booked online, then my brake light came on, so had to re-book, apparently the brakes didn’t get put on the job, so was a stress when it came to doing the work. I had to book with a call centre and it wasn’t the best.Jamie was really good, he didn’t over promise, but got the job done, you know exactly where you stand with him. He is a good chap
