This survey for me is not about the sales team, they were good and offered me an expected response.My one gripe is with Peter in reception. I had my car serviced but on collection I checked that the service light had been set correctly. It had not so I questioned him about this. Rather than have an answer of "sorry Sir, pop bac and we will re-set it", he blamed Mercedes Harrogate for not setting it correctly and worse than that gave me a load of crock about having to wait 3 months before it could be reset properly, what on earth is this man taking, he needs to substitute it for a sensible pill! After a week or so I called him but he was not available and did not even have the courtesy to call me back, disgraceful.My dealings with you up to the point of Peter being let loose on me were good, no complaints. He also told me that the technicians could not hear the dash vibration, I did say that's odd, it happens EVERY time I drive it. My thoughts were that there would have not been time to look at it, why did he not just tell me that rather than make up some rubbish. This man id NOT the man for your front desk!!I would appreciate a response to this please.Kind regards,Tim

I had originally booked for my car to be serviced under a service plan and when booking explained there was some warranty work to be done which was all agreed. After the service was completed I was contacted to be told that the part for the warranty work woudl not be in until the following day and so I arranged for alternative transport and left the car with you. When I came to pick it up, 2 days after I had left it with you, I was told that the part had only just arrived and the original part had been put in another vehicle. This resulted in me having to arrange for the car to come back to you another day to have the warranty work done. Admittedly I was given a courtesy car and the work was completed quickly but it was frustrating that the whole thing occurred in the first place.

The Service team at Lookers looked after me and my car extremely well - as always. I would hate the thought of having to go anywhere else.

Snow and Ice not salted in an area where your staff and customers walk -2 days after it snowed.Customer waiting area freezing on a very cold day, consider moving it or erecting a screen. Coffee fantastic, thank you but the bin was over flowing! Please accept this feedback in the spirit in which it is meant from a fellow industry professional.
