Although I only had the front tyres replaced i would have thought you would check the pressure in the rear tyres.Not a complaint just a comment.Thanks.

I first contacted you when I saw online the new GLC ( last August/September ) however I am still not able to order one with a fixed delivery date ) and it is unfortunate that a change in sales proceedure on Jan 1st is still not fully clear.I am in the market for a Porsche Macan / MB GLC /Volvo XC40 petrol new and fairly particular about spec and colour...Philip D did all he could with me .I read in the Telehgraph on Saturday of a man who ordered a C class last March and MB have instructed the dealership to cancel the order in December , the man was prepared to wait a few months.We are in difficult times but this does not provide consumer confidence.

Can I just say how helpful and accommodating Peter Durrant (Crawley/Gatwick)is as always. I asked for the car to be ready by 3pm and he ensured it was all good to go at 2pm. I have only ever dealt with Peter since buying the car 3 years ago and every time he goes out of his way to help and assist me.

The seller started by selling I would need to compromise on details !! Ie automatic, colour, spec, my budget was 25k, but I did not want credit, therefore he seemed uninterestedBut went to another Mercedes dealer who found me a car within minutes and the sale has gone through !
