In total I did ca. £1,600 worth of work in two separate visits, £600 at first and then another £1,000 a few weeks thereafter.Comm's from the dealership were rather poor. Are they under-staffed? For instance:- I never received a call to have my new blade for the key collected.- My inquiries about the blade were not replied to.The vehicle had to stay with you for about ten days, and over two weekends, due to illness and scheduling issues. I was however offered ca. £100 as compensation for this.Finally, given the amount of work I did, I didn't get a 'warm and fuzzy' feeling of being viewed as a valued customer. Personal interaction was a little smile-less and transactional.All in all the work seems very good, however when considering the above as well I had a rather average experience overall.

I find this a difficult piece of feedback. I delivered a car and got it back two months later. I finished up with a bill of over £6000. The car required diesel injectors, charge pipe, new exhaust system and new turbo. The only good thing about it was that when appearing to pay the bill, I had a very good explanation of the procedures that my car gone through and was shown all the parts that have been removed for replacement. I was also pleased that the service department had approval for discounting some of the bill. The disappointment was added to by knowing that all these necessities had accumulated when the car had only just reached 50,000 miles. The staff said I was unlucky. All issues at the same time. I had complained to MB UK about this, and despite making a request to them for an additional goodwill payment, it was met with no positive result. My car had a full service history from the date I bought it from you with only 8000 miles.

On Tuesday Dec 1 I called back to report that the idling speed seemed higher, the engine cut out at standstill was no longer working and that there was (again, as resolved last year with a new turbo) an occasional lag in acceleration.Whilst accepting that a simple (though expensive) service should not cause such effects, it is fact. I was advised there would be a feedback though until now (Dec 3 midday) there is no response.
