Coffee machine not working

On this occasion I booked a timed slot as previously I had trouble getting my car finished to enable me to pick grandchildren up. The experience was much better as a result on this occasion. Re the service plan, I initiated a conversation rather than the service representative.

There are two issues I'd like to discuss . . . the engine cut-off when standing still does not work and there is often a lag on acceleration from a standing start.
