No, I had a service plan in place on my old car and discussed the new plan. The team convinced me to buy a new Mercedes as I was going to go to another manufacturer, so well done there.

When I booked the vehicle in and you confirmed the date I had about three messages after telling me my vehicle was due a service I felt this was a bit much
