My car was in for a factory recall (passenger airbag) and a routine health check. I received the usual health check summary but nothing related to the airbag replacement. I'm not sure if this is normal practice.

David Webber rescued what was a sorry saga of nil communication of not ordering the parts required after months & then have a appointment made only to told the parts were not ordered yet again. David organised the required part was ordered & booked the car in with your service dept. Also David arranged for collection & delivery back to my home.This service level was what I would expect Looker/MB from a premium car company, not they way I treated originally.

I asked for the batteries in bothkeys to be changed. The car message has not been reset so am unsure whether the batteries have been changed or not.

Justin Forest was the salesman who dealt with the sale and he was excellent. He patiently explained everything and was very helpful and knowledgeable.The 2 star relates to initial enquiry when told car was sold already. They said they’d double check and get back to me but they didn’t. Only found out this car was still avail because I phoned up to enquire about another car.
