I asked for the batteries in bothkeys to be changed. The car message has not been reset so am unsure whether the batteries have been changed or not.

Justin Forest was the salesman who dealt with the sale and he was excellent. He patiently explained everything and was very helpful and knowledgeable.The 2 star relates to initial enquiry when told car was sold already. They said they’d double check and get back to me but they didn’t. Only found out this car was still avail because I phoned up to enquire about another car.

1. I was told about wear to the rear propshaft coupling but it was unclear whether this is urgent. I suspect not.2. I had to remind the garage that my car also needed an mot so had to leave it there for an extra day. (No major issue for me really).3. I asked about a further service plan. I've had one for 5 years. Not heard back about that yet.

As always Andrew Taylor who looked after me and my vehicle was absolutely excellent from start to finish and everything went very smoothly and well, i really could not ask for more!Also James the technician who worked on my vehicle was also excellent and everything got completed to a very high standard.
