about 2 months ago my car told me a service was due.I ignored it for a while then phoned Lookers to book a service I was told it wasn't due for some time. However, I booked it. Since then I have received many emails reminding to book. My car was serviced on Monday 17th and I recieved another reminder today( Wednesday)When I returned home on Monday, I realised that I gad mentioned a few small problems and realised that no one had told me if the problem had been resolved. From passed experience I couldn't be bothered to contact Lookers
