On completion of the work the car was in for I was handed a hard copy of the points raised by the health check video, unfortunately the hard copy was for someone elses car, not mine! I did not notice this until I had left the garage but do have the video still which was for my car.

Booking excellent.Collection and delivery of car excellent.Paperwork on service and mot excellentVery disappointed not to receive a video inspection as this something I’ve always found very reassuring. Rang 4 times re video and was told it had been sent and would be sent again then on last contact it was explained that their was a problem downloading it at your end and that it would be sent when repair had been made. Still not received which s disappointing.
